Who am I?

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke. I am a Division II college volleyball player. I have been wanting to start a community for volleyball players of all ages, where they can ask any questions they have and receive the answers they have been looking for.

Eventually I would like to turn this site into a DOT com community where all users can log in, have their own profiles, and add to posts in forums. I figured I’d start here though.

Why am I doing this?

I started playing volleyball a lot later than the average player today. I had a lot of questions, and no answers. I was forced to do my own research to find my answers, which has given me a lot of knowledge about the game on and off the court. And mostly, when I realized that I wanted to move onto the next level and play college volleyball, I was shocked to learn that my coach had no idea what to do, so it was up to me and my determination to get all the info and take care of the recruiting process myself! I would hate for that to happen to anyone so that is my MAIN GOAL for this site.

What kind of questions can I ask Volleyball Helpline?

ANY! Any questions you have concerning any aspect of volleyball. Whether it is a skill question (ie. how can I improve my serving, passing, blocking, etc.) or maybe you want to know something off the court (ie. what workouts can help increase my vertical, power, etc.). So please! Ask away!
